WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Products sold by Proteckthor have a warranty period of 2 years, as established by European regulation of September 11, 2003 in its law 23/2003 on Warranty in the Sale of Consumer Goods, although damages, breaks and/or malfunctions of those articles and products that have been subjected to irregular or improper use, or that due to their form of use have been subjected to excessive work loads are excluded from this warranty: products scratched by impacts or falls, breaks due to improper use of the product, etc. To make any claim, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice to access the warranty. We recommend that when you receive your order, you carefully review the packaging box and note on the delivery receipt from the transport agency any anomaly, deformity, impact or breakage you see in the box. The claim period established by transport agencies is 24 hours from receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, it is not possible to make any claim for transport incidents. This 24-hour period refers exclusively to transport claims and does not affect the two-year legal warranty period in any case. If you receive a defective item or one very different from that shown on the website, you must notify it through the contact section of our site (https://proteckthor.com/contacto), or by email to info@proteckthor.com within 48 hours after receiving the item and send it to the address: C/ Madre Teresa de Calcuta, 75 3ºB, 28049, Madrid. We will arrange to send you the new product once we receive the defective item and verify that the defect does not derive from improper use. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as well as additional costs caused by the same such as phone calls, etc. If upon receipt of the defective product, we discover that the cause of the incorrect functioning of the product is due to misuse of the product (whether due to improper use, impacts, liquids, excluding resistant cases) we will proceed to resend the same defective product to the customer's origin address, having previously charged the round-trip shipping costs, which will be paid by the customer. Please check thoroughly that the product defect is due to the causes mentioned above. When the reason for the return is an error on the part of the customer, the order amount will be credited as credit to spend on Proteckthor products. If, on the contrary, the error is on the part of the company, the customer will be given the option to choose between a refund to the same payment method with which the purchase was made or web credit.

OFFERS AND VALIDITY

In case of a product on offer, the offer price and its validity will always be indicated together with its essential characteristics. In compliance with current regulations, Smartband S.L offers information about all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, Smartband S.L reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing its content. In this way, the products offered at any time by the website will be governed by the General Contracting Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the power to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the mentioned products.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

When you place an order, you will immediately receive a summary of it in your email account with an order number and confirmation that we have received it. Within 48 hours after order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking code from the transport agency. This management is carried out externally to Smartband S.L, so we are not responsible for technical failures or non-sending of said code by the transport agency. We do not charge any handling fees and we handle all orders without a minimum amount.

PAYMENT METHODS

1.- Credit card payment:

We accept both credit and debit cards Visa – Visa Electron, Master Card – Maestro through Redsys. For your greater security in all our online processes, the management of your card payment will be treated with maximum security guarantees both on our secure server (SSL 128 bits) and on the bank's website, where they will process your payment in their Virtual POS, with Smartband S.L. not having access to your credit card data at any time.

2.- PayPal payment:

When you buy and choose PayPal payment, you will be asked for your username (email with which you registered in the PayPal system) and the respective password.

ORDER EXECUTION

Smartband S.L delivers the order between 2 and 7 business days, from the day after the order. The estimated delivery time can be consulted before placing the order and at any time you can contact our customer service department to know its status through the contact page (https://proteckthor.com/contacto) or through the email info@proteckthor.com.

WEBSITE STOCK

The availability of products offered by Smartband S.L may vary depending on customer demand. Although Smartband S.L updates stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Smartband S.L will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed the maximum period of 30 days in any case. Smartband S.L may give the double option of: supplying the customer without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by Smartband S.L within this same period, pay the amounts paid for the canceled order.
