Proteckthor B1 Assembly

Assembling the Proteckthor B1 is a simple process that ensures you are protected while enjoying your favorite sport. Below, we present a detailed guide to assemble your protective headband quickly and efficiently.

Before starting, make sure you have both parts that form the Proteckthor B1:

  • •The elastic adjustment strap
  • •The Proteckthor protection device

Each side of the device has three slots. We will identify the "first slot" as the one located furthest to the outside or edge of the Proteckthor.

Step 1: Insert the elastic strap

Start from either side. Insert the strap from the inside to the outside through the first slot (the outermost one). This step is key to ensuring that the strap stays secure and doesn't move during use.

Step 2: Second slot

Now insert the strap into the middle slot, this time from the outside to the inside. This adjustment adds stability and security to the assembly.

Step 3: Third slot

From the inside of the Proteckthor, insert the strap outward again through the last inner slot. This ensures a firm and durable anchor.

Step 4: Assembly closure

To complete the assembly, bring the strap from the outside to the inside of the first slot. Repeat this same process on the other side of the Proteckthor. Once both sides are finished, adjust the elastic strap to your head.

Correct Placement

To ensure maximum protection, follow these steps when placing and adjusting the Proteckthor:

  1. 1Make sure the product is clean and dry before use.
  2. 2Place the strap around the head, covering the upper part of the forehead.
  3. 3Verify that the Proteckthor logo is in the correct position: with the letters readable and facing forward.
  4. 4Adjust the strap so that it is firm but comfortable, avoiding discomfort or excessive pressure.
  5. 5Before starting any activity, verify that the Proteckthor is properly positioned and has not moved.

To extend the lifespan and maintain the effectiveness of Proteckthor, follow these recommendations:

Cleaning

  • •Do not use harsh chemicals or fabric softeners.

Drying

  • •Do not use a dryer or apply direct heat.

Storage

Prolonged use and exposure to external factors can reduce the effectiveness of the protective material.

Important: Proteckthor is designed to reduce impact force, but does not completely eliminate the risk of injury.

  • • It does not prevent concussions or severe head or neck injuries.
  • • It does not substitute medical judgment or safety standards recommended in sports.
  • • It should not be modified or combined with accessories that alter its original structure.

Stop playing and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, headache, confusion or memory loss.

⚠️ Do not reuse Proteckthor after a strong impact

without having it inspected by a professional or replacing it if it shows visible damage.

⚠️ Do not machine wash, expose to sun for long periods or apply direct heat,

as this may affect the integrity of the material.
