WARRANTIES & RETURNS

The products sold by Proteckthor have a guarantee period of 2 years, as established by the European regulations of September 11, 2003 in its law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, although defects, breakages and/or malfunctions of those articles and products that have been subjected to irregular or improper use, or that due to their manner of use have been subjected to excessive workloads are excluded from this guarantee: products scratched by knocks or falls, breakages due to improper use of the product, etc.

To make any claim, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice in order to be able to access the guarantee. We recommend that when you receive your order, you carefully check the packaging box and note any anomaly, deformity, dent or breakage that you see in the box on the delivery receipt from the transport agency. The claim period established by the transport agencies is 24 hours from receipt of the order. After this period, it is not possible to make any claim for incidents in transport. This 24-hour period applies exclusively to transport claims and does not affect the two-year legal warranty period.

If you receive a defective item or one that is very different from the one shown on the website, you must notify us through the contact section of our site (https://proteckthor.com/en/pages/contacto), or by email info@proteckthor.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and send it to the address: C/ Madre Teresa de Calcula, 75 3ºB ,28049, Madrid. We will be ready to send you the new product once we receive the defective item and verify that the defect does not arise from improper use. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any additional costs caused by the return such as telephone calls, etc.

If upon receipt of the defective product we discover that the cause of the product's malfunction is due to misuse of the product (whether due to improper use, knocks, liquids, except for resistant covers) the same defective product will be returned to the customer's original address, having previously charged the return shipping costs, which will be paid by the customer. Please check thoroughly that the product defect is due to the causes mentioned above.

When the reason for the return is an error on the part of the customer, the amount of the order will be refunded in the form of credit to spend on Proteckthor products. If, on the other hand, the error is on the part of the company, the customer will be given the option to choose between a refund to the same payment method with which the purchase was made or web credit.

OFFERS AND VALIDITY

In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and validity of the offer will always be indicated along with its essential characteristics.

In compliance with current regulations, Smartband SL offers information on all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, Smartband SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products offered at any time on the website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

When you place an order, you will immediately receive a summary of the order in your email account with an order number and confirmation that we have received it. Within 48 hours after the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code for the shipment from the transport agency. This management is carried out externally by Smartband SL, so we are not responsible for technical failures or the non-sending of said code by the transport agency.

We do not charge any handling fees and we process all orders without a minimum amount.

PAYMENT METHODS

1.- Payment by credit card: We accept both Visa – Visa Electron and Master Card – Maestro credit and debit cards through Redsys. For your greater security in all our online processes, the management of your card payment will be handled with the maximum security guarantees both on our secure server (SSL 128 bits) and on the bank's website, where they will process your payment in their Virtual POS, with Smartband SL not having access to your credit card details at any time.

2.- Payment with PayPal: When you purchase and choose to pay with PayPal, you will be asked for your username (email address with which you registered in the PayPal system) and the corresponding password.

ORDER EXECUTION

Smartband SL delivers the order between 2 and 7 working days, starting the day after the order is placed.

STOCK ON THE WEB

The availability of the products offered by Smartband SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although Smartband SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-performance due to unavailability, Smartband SL will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed the maximum period of 30 days in any case. Smartband SL may give the double option of: supplying the customer with a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality without an increase in price, or, except for justified and demonstrable reasons by Smartband SL within this same period, refunding the sums paid for the cancelled order.

AFFILIATES

Proteckthor offers an affiliate system to promote sales and obtain exclusive benefits by referring potential buyers of the brand's products.

REGISTER AS AFFILIATE

Once you register with Proteckthor, and the administrator verifies your profile as an affiliate, you will be able to start recommending our products and start getting the benefits listed above. You can request that the administrator give you access as an affiliate while visiting the contact page ( https://proteckthor.com/en/pages/contacto ) or by sending an email to info@proteckthor.com .

UNSUBSCRIBE AS AFFILIATE

The user can request to be removed as an affiliate at any time by sending the withdrawal on the contact page ( https://proteckthor.com/en/pages/contacto ) or by email to info@proteckthor.com .

LEVELS AND FUNCTIONING

Once the user is accepted and is an affiliate, he or she can send his or her referral link and obtain benefits for each of the sales made by his or her referred customers.

The affiliate system has a total of 3 commission levels, segmented as follows:

Level 0: 5 euros. It is the person who makes the sale.

Level 1: 1 euro. This is the person who managed to get the person making the sale to become a Proteckthor prescriber.

Level 2: 0.70 cents. This is the person who managed to introduce the prescriber who introduced the person who made the sale.

Depending on the level you make the sale at, and the affiliates above you, the breakdown would be as shown above.

To invite users to lower levels, you only need to send them the referral link and have them register during that browsing session.

PAYMENTS TO AFFILIATES

Payments will be made 90 days after sales are made. These payments will be made using the payment method provided (Bank Transfer or Paypal). These payments will be made with an invoice and the amount shown in the total earnings of the affiliate area includes VAT. Therefore, the VAT will be broken down on the invoice. The minimum commission payment is €100. Until the user reaches this amount, he/she will not be able to request payment.

The costs of transferring the money are the responsibility of the prescriber.

Users can view all relevant information for controlling their affiliates and earnings from their affiliate area.
